1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid via the payment methods listed on our website. An order is only confirmed once payment is received.
• Custom BJD dolls and customized accessories are made-to-order items without ready stock. Standard in-stock dolls are available for conditional return within 7 days after delivery.
• You may request changes to skin tone or accessories within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled, modified, or fully refunded.
• If you opt into SMS marketing, you consent to receive promotional text messages from our store. You may unsubscribe from marketing texts at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every SMS.

2. Product Information & Customization

• Product photos and descriptions are for reference only. Natural resin color variations and display differences across electronic devices are normal handmade features and not considered product defects.
• Custom face-ups, special skin tones, and custom sizes are produced strictly based on information submitted by buyers; no revisions are allowed after order confirmation.
• Minor mold lines and sanding marks are unavoidable during handcrafting and fall within standard acceptable quality range.

3. Shipping & Logistics

• Standard orders ship within 14–21 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays). Orders with custom face-ups require an additional 15 business days for production.
• A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. We hold no liability for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, local carrier logistics, or force majeure events.
• All international return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except for shipments damaged or misdelivered due to our store’s error.

4. Returns & After-Sales

• All custom personalized items are final sale once production starts, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Only uncustomized in-stock dolls qualify for 7-day conditional returns.
• To return an in-stock doll, the item must remain unused, unmodified, fully intact with original packaging and all complimentary gifts (cleaning sponge, spare eyes, clay putty). Missing or damaged free gifts will be deducted at actual cost from your refund.
• Claims for damaged or incorrectly shipped items will only be accepted within 7 calendar days after delivery, accompanied by a complete unedited unboxing video. We provide free replacement, repair, or full refund for verified store-side errors.
• Return requests caused by buyer’s remorse, personal size dissatisfaction, or aesthetic preference will not be approved.
• Accessories (wigs, eyes, doll clothes) only support exchange within 7 days and are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

• Buyers must submit accurate shipping addresses and contact information. We take no responsibility for lost, stolen, or returned packages caused by incorrect customer-provided details.
• Buyers are responsible for proper daily maintenance of resin dolls. Long-term direct sunlight and humid storage environments lead to resin yellowing and aging, which are not covered by after-sales support or warranty.

6. 3-Month Product Warranty

• We provide a 3-month limited warranty (starting on delivery date) covering manufacturing defects of BJD resin bodies and ball joint structures.
• Warranty eligible issues include loose joints and natural resin cracks under normal gentle use, qualified for free repair or part replacement.
• This warranty excludes damage from drops, collisions, self-disassembly, private modification, sun-induced yellowing, improperly maintained resin, smudged/worn face-ups, and normal wear of small accessories.

7. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. All policy changes take immediate effect once published on our official website.
