Welcome to our website. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service:
1.Orders & Payments
·All orders must be paid via the payment methods listed on our website. An order is only confirmed once payment is received.
·All BJD dolls and related accessories are made-to-order items with no ready stock.
·You may request changes to skin tone or accessories within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
2.Product Information & Customization
·Product photos and descriptions are for reference only. Natural resin color variations and display differences across devices are normal and not considered defects.
·Custom face-ups, special skin tones, and custom sizes are made according to the information provided by the buyer and cannot be changed once confirmed.
·Minor mold lines or sanding marks may be present due to handcrafting, which are within normal quality standards.
3.Shipping & Logistics
·Standard orders ship within 14–21 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Orders with custom face-ups require an additional 15 business days.
·A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local logistics, or other force majeure events.
4.Returns & After-Sales
·All custom items are final sale once the production process starts, and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
·Claims for damaged or incorrect items will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video. We will offer free replacement, repair, or refund in such cases.
·Requests for returns due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or personal preference will not be accepted.
5.User Responsibilities
·Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. We are not liable for lost or returned packages due to incorrect details.
·Buyers are responsible for proper care of items, including avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments that may cause resin yellowing or aging. These issues are not covered by after-sales support.
6.3-Month Product Warranty
·We offer a 3-month warranty (from the date of delivery) against manufacturing defects for the BJD doll body (resin parts and joint structure).
·The warranty covers issues such as loose joints or resin cracks under normal use, eligible for free repair or replacement of the corresponding part.
·The warranty does not cover: damage from drops or impacts, issues caused by disassembly or modification, yellowing/aging from sun exposure or improper care, smudged or worn face-ups, or wear and tear of accessories (wigs, eyes, clothes).
7.Modifications to Terms
·We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
