Refund policy

1.Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, please place your order carefully.
If you need to change skin tone or accessories, please contact us within 24 hours after payment. No modifications will be accepted once the order enters production after 24 hours.
2.Custom Items – Final Sale
All BJD dolls, custom face-ups, custom skin tones/sizes are made-to-order, no stock. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or size issues.
All sales are final once production starts.
3.Claims: Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only accept claims for:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery;
Provide one continuous, unedited unboxing video showing sealed package, opening process, and damage/error. No video = no claim;
We cover both shipping costs and offer replacement/repair/refund.
4.Non-claimable Cases
Natural resin color variation, mold lines, minor sanding marks (normal craft features);
Damage from misuse, modification, makeup smudges, or sun yellowing;
Claims after 7 days or without unboxing video;
Accessories (wigs, eyes, clothes) without quality issues.
5.Standard Accessories
Non-custom accessories (wigs, eyes, clothes) may be exchanged within 7 days, unused, original packaging (customer pays both shipping fees). No refunds.
