Shipping policy

1. Shipping Time
All products are custom-made with no ready stock. Standard orders will be shipped within 14–21 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). An additional 15 business days will be required if you request custom makeup.
2.Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an official tracking link. You can track your package online using the provided number.
3.Shipping Methods & Timeframes
·Standard International Shipping: Estimated 15–60 business days for delivery;
·Expedited Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days for delivery (available at checkout for select countries);
·Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, local holidays, force majeure, or other factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
4.Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please verify your local customs regulations before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages returned or detained due to unpaid duties.
