Q:Eligibility for Returns
A:Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receipt, only for unused products in their original state. Custom merchandise and special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with damage, flaws or stains.

2.Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, using a trackable shipping service.
3.Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Q:Refund Process
