Q:Do the dolls come with face-up/makeup?

A:Unless stated otherwise, our dolls are sold as blank resin heads. Face-up services may be available as an add-on, please check the product description or contact us for details.

Q:What if my doll arrives damaged?

A:Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and the damaged item, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
