Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:We currently only accept PayPal for all orders. All payments are processed via PayPal’s secure system to fully protect your transaction and personal data.
Q:Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A:Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can help modify or cancel it. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
Q:Why was my payment declined?
A:Payment failures are usually caused by insufficient balance, account limits or PayPal security verification. Please check your PayPal account status, or contact PayPal customer service for further help.
